Beer & Clam

We headed up to the lake this weekend. Here's the equation: Summer + Cabin = Beer & Clamato. This is one of my favorite prairie cocktails. One beer, plus Mott's Clamato to taste in an ice cold mug.

I've heard this thirst quenching beverage called many different things - Red Eye, Clam Eye, or even Brutus (play on the Caesar); however anyone I know, simply calls it Beer and Clam.

Leave me a comment, and let me know what YOUR favorite summertime beverage is!

  2. I have been tasked with finding Clamato juice for my friend in France that used to live in Canada. I think I have managed to track down a supermarket in London that stocks it, and I am looking forward to trying it. Can you add it to recipes too, say a seafood casserole/broth or paella I wonder....?

  5. Beer shops have the entire infrastructure to store the drink at its recommended temperature; your home is too good to keep the drink but what if you want to take the drink out for a party.Niagara Falls brewery tour
