These savory crescents are something a little different that I created to have as a side for a salad (jumbo crescents) or as appetizers (regular crescents).
Prep Time: 15 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes | Makes: 4-8 Crescents
1 tube Pillsbury Crescents (either regular or jumbo)
1 beet, grated
125g goat cheese, softened
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
salt & pepper
- Combine goat cheese, milk, dill and generously season with salt and pepper.
- Grate 1 beet (give it a little squeeze to remove extra liquid).
- Spread out crescent dough and assemble by adding goat cheese mixture at large end of dough, then grated beets. Roll up, pinch ends and shape.
