This week I'm sharing my Roasted Garlic. So simple, so good, so gourmet. Try it in the next recipes that calls for garlic cloves!!

  2. Wow, it seems my humble little muffins have really struck a chord with quite a few people! It's been one of my most popular posts. I guess we really all could use a taste of the tropics at this time of year :)

    I adore garlic and yet I've never gotten around to roasting it - maybe now I finally will!
