My family LOVES salmon, and this Sunday I'll be making it again for a family brunch. And if there are left overs... super good on a salad the next day!
1 large salmon fillet
1 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons worchestshire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
- Lay salmon down on lightly greased baking dish or sheet.
- Combine remaining ingredients in bowl then spread on top of salmon.
- Bake @ 350° for 20-30 minutes, then broil for about 5 minutes to caramelize top.


This salmon looks amazing. I cannot wait to try it.
